Question 1: Why did you choose The Well? The welcoming environment at The Well made my decision straightforward. The staff and fellow gym members made me feel at home, a feeling I hadn't experienced in other gym settings. Additionally, having access to basketball courts was a significant factor in my choice.

Question 2: What motivates you? My motivation to work out: I strive to see an improved version of myself in the mirror every day. I aim for a self that I can be proud of, one that feels confident in public and comfortable in my clothes.

"The first two weeks will be the toughest. Keep pushing through, and soon you'll begin to look forward to your workouts!"
